Burger King - South Dennis

The food is just what you'd expect from Burger King. I ended up sitting in the parking lot to eat. I tossed a French fry onto the hood of my car, and a seagull swooped down and snatched it! I even put a fry in my flat hand and held it out the window, enjoying it while the seagull flew around. It was a really fun experience in that way! Haha!

I wasn't informed that there would be an additional charge of 29 cents each for lettuce and tomato on my cheeseburger. I was told by the staff that if I wanted to cancel, I should mention it in advance. However, the fries were good and the service was very pleasant.

I really like this BK but I have ordered online through the app from here 3 times and I have had wrong orders on all of them. Small things like not putting cheese on when is requested and paid for. Stick to basic orders and the food is usually pretty good.

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. The staff, including the managers, were incredibly rude and even threw my card back at me. I didn’t think it was unreasonable to present my coupon code.
