This restaurant should be shut down until they have a new manager and friendly wait staff. The two women who were working lunch on 6/16, the manager and the unfriendly older waitress...should both be fired before another sun sets. It's shameful to have such people serving guests. They're in the wrong career field. Another reviewer said something similar... So owner.... Please believe it!!! Let those two go ASAP!!! With these women, it's the same experience time after time. We enjoy the food, but those two take all the fun out of going to Pagano's. We'll probably stop going there because of them, especially the waitress, who is the worst server... Always angry and upset, and way too expressive of those feelings. And poor, slow service, with no one in the restaurant. Waited at least 20 minutes before she took our order!! We almost left before ordering. At the end of it, we wished we had left. Very sad situation, but fixable.

The Chicken Carbonara was delicous and a big portion for around 18 dollars with bread and a salad. Very fresh quality and authentic.

They have pretty good pizza but I tried eggplant stack today and it was not it! I was not pleased I didn't go back, because I was on lunch but I will not be getting that ever again.

So let me start off with what’s good with the place. Garlic knots, pizza, some of their pasta dinners. Are always pretty good with an occasional undercooked knot or two but it happens. I really have loved this food and place for years. They rotate servers so much but I mean who doesn’t this day and age. There are two ladies in particular that ruin it for me every single time. I’ll end up ordering takeout and that’s pretty much what I’ve done if I really decide to support the business.. I’m assuming it’s a manager and or owner. Two older women with light hair and glasses that look like the rather their own hair than to treat you as a customer. The sign when you walk in is usually wait to be seated and you’ll wait a good 15-30 to sit down or have other people go in front of you. Then when they finally get to you to sit you down it’s drop menus and go situation. Then from there you may get 1-2 minutes to look and the menu and order and then another 15 for your fountain drinks. If you value food over service then this is your place to go. If you want attentive service, more than 2 minutes to look at a menu, more than one singular drink for your entire meal, I’d steer clear if you see the two older ladies that look as miserable as can be. They will certainly make you feel unwanted and unwelcomed.
