Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe celebrated the 10th birthday of my son last night. I was impressed by the attention I got from the personal. eating was great and on time our guests had an explosion in the vr. the VR staff was extremely patient and friendly...also super patient with mostly 10 year old hyperactive children. the vr had a few years apropiate games. the arcade part was fun and the children were happy with the toys they got with tickets. overall, super simple birthday party, highly recommended if they want a good time and not to deal with the wall of cleaning after the event.
Very nice and clean. the female manager was great and answered asking about me possibly a party there for my son in the future. I have no sugary drinks, but the staff sent us water without asking! also the arcade area looks clean! I hope this company holds a dam around! a hidden gem sure xo
Have been meaning to give this place an evaluation, but found this place a little and every time we have gone, it is always a great time, with great eating and attentive staff! and the management is also really beautiful! the buffalo chicken pizze and chicken tsartes are probably my favorites on the menu!
Food was very good, certainly a fun 8 lane space for family, and birthday party events. Good Bar, great Philly Sub, Hand breaded Onion Rings, Good fall football and other sports space. Friendly Welcoming Staff. They have WiFi! , Good place to mall walk outside of and into too! Got a good all four handicapped parking slots were open Tues after lunch, so for those who need them here they are.
I stopped by Back Alley yesterday and asked specifically if they oil the lanes daily. A tall young man at the desk told me, yes, they oiled them daily, and I said I would be back the next day for practice while I'm in town. Upon arriving today, there was no employee to be seen. I finally found someone in the kitchen area at the back of the business. I prepaid for four games. I have NEVER bowled on lanes that were this dry! To say the lanes were bone dry is an understatement. After locating the young man, again at the back of the business), we asked him why the lanes were so dry and that we were told yesterday that the lanes were oiled daily. He immediately told me that what I was told the day previous was incorrect. He told me also that their oiling machine had been broken for some time but he could oil them by hand if I wanted to wait. Oiling lanes by hand is so far out of date that I don't even know of any bowling alley that still does it that way. I mean, Wow!I guess the only good part about the experience was when I asked for a refund, I wasn't given any problem. I think if you're looking for an arcade experience, this place would be okay but if you're a bowler who is at all serious about the game, this is not the place you want to go.
