The Missing Sock - South Cambridgeshire

Our son and daughter-in-law, Dave and Lucy, recently got married at The Missing Sock and it was an amazing venue. The photographer, who has much more experience than us, mentioned that there were so many great possibilities at the venue - from the ceremony by the pond, to photos in the meadow, dinner with funky winding tables, dancing in the marquee (with amazing brick oven pizza), fire pit, karaoke double decker bus, and the exceptional staff. It truly was the best place for a wedding and we were all delighted and amazed at every moment!

We selected this restaurant for our wedding due to its enjoyable and laid-back vibe. Chris and his staff truly made our day unforgettable and went above and beyond to ensure all guests felt welcome. The venue impressed all our attendees with its variety of entertaining activities. I cannot recommend this place enough. Everything was flawless! The prices were unbeatable and we appreciated the personal attention from the staff. I will definitely choose this restaurant for my next special event!

Had an outdoors birthday party there. Was promised a refund for part of the money I paid up front, due to the fire pit not being used because of rain. Contacted the owner several times to get the refund never got it. They ignored me.

Unusual place! Bohemian/Quirky in every way! I booked 4 nights as I was in Cambridge for business and I thought somewhere out of town would be a pleasant change. SO my views are as follows:
