The Heartbreaker, a delightful mix of strawberries and bananas drizzled with melted Nutella, was truly tasty. However, the slow service and small portion size diminished my experience, leading me to give it only two stars. It took almost half an hour to prepare a single, not-so-large crepe, and it cost about $13. While I enjoyed the flavor, I think I’ll skip the airport location next time to avoid the added stress of catching a flight on time.
I wanted to try The Skinny Pancake as a breakfast option on this trip (there was a location very close to our Airbnb) but since I saw that pretty much the only option to eat at the airport was The Skinny Pancake, we decided to get to the airport a bit early and try it on our way home. There are plenty of options to have a crepe here and to be honest, I've never had a breakfast sandwich/wrap made out of crepes, so of course I had to try one. My bf isn't a crepe fan so he ordered a burger, which they had no problem preparing at 945am. The crepes here are thick and hearty with a slightly sweet taste. They are delicious. And adding crumbled bacon, a fried egg and cheese only made it more delicious. The fries are pretty stellar here as well. They have many a coffee option, but I love airplane window seats and hate bothering/inconveniencing strangers so I try to keep diuretics at a minimum at the airport so I just had a chai. It was a boxed chai. It was ok.
If you're looking for a really delicious breakfast and crepe, this is your place!! I got bacon, eggs, and cinnamon crepes with fruit and Nutella on the side everything was so yummy!! Vermont maple syrup was amazing!! I also got an iced chai latte that was great too!! Would definitely be back!

We ordered The Lovemaker, which featured a rich Nutella and strawberry crepe, and The Breakfast Monster, which was our favorite. It boasted cheesy richness, roasted squash, and the sweetness of red onions, making it a truly satisfying breakfast! Then there was The Sugar Shack, a light and fluffy crepe layered in buttery goodness and topped with Vermont's best nutty syrup. We loved combining it with The Breakfast Monster and a cup of black coffee! It was genuinely a memorable combination!
