Green Mountain Potstickers

I enjoyed the vegan Skorallion Pfannkuchen and Veggie Potstickers at Burlington Farmers Market. They were delicious, and the dipping sauces complemented the flavors perfectly.

A few years ago, during a vacation, I visited the Stowe Farm Market and tried a scorpion pancake and Green Mountain potstickers from their food cart. I was extremely satisfied with how delicious they were. When I visited Stowe last month, I was disappointed to learn that the Bauernmarkt had been cancelled due to COVID-19. However, I found the market's website and reached out to the owner, Carey, on Facebook. Despite our lodge being an hour away from their delivery program, Carey kindly offered to meet us at a commuter lounge only half an hour away. She was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We ordered a variety of frozen dumplings, scallion pancakes, cucumber salad, and even got a free noodle salad. The cooking instructions were easy to follow and everything tasted amazing. Carey even followed up the next day to ensure we enjoyed our meal and wished us a wonderful trip. If you ever come across their food at a local market or event, don't hesitate to treat yourself!

While I visited Stowe again last month, I was disappointed that I would miss the peasant market, so I decided to see their website where I could find it otherwise. Unfortunately, due to COVID many local events and markets have been cancelled, so they offer on site. Our lodge was about an hour outside its delivery program, but after the search of the owner, Carey, on Facebook she quickly hit a commuter lounge just half an hour away we could meet them. She was so friendly and friendly! We ordered a variety of frozen dumplings (filled with Seitan, Tofu, green beans, etc., Scallion pancakes and cucumber salad and they gave us a free noodle salad! The cooking instructions was easy to follow and everything tasted amazing! And Carey told me the next day if we enjoyed everything and wish us a wonderful rest of the trip. If you see their food on a local market or event, do not hesitate to treat yourself!
