The Oak Saw Village Inn - South Bucks

On Sunday, 9th november, battled to the egg saw and had an absolute wonderful time. the environment was intimate and eating was incredible! the personal was it.

Great local village pub. not easy to find in this area. eating is reasonable and the staff is great. a real English country pub at the rande.

My pork loin steak with savoy cabbage, bacon and onion and dauphinois potatoes was one of the most delicious meals I have had ever. Wish I lived closer !

We had a fantastic Sunday lunch last week at The Oak Saw in Taplow. Despite arriving at the last minute, we were fortunate to snag a table outside in the courtyard. The hanging plants, lovely countryside view, delicious meal, and excellent service made for a truly enjoyable experience.

We stumbled across this little gem of a pub online while staying locally during a four day trip to the Windsor Area. The reviews looked good so thought we'd give it a go and so glad we did. We were surprised how quiet it was. We had the Gammon and the Scampi, followed by the Treacle sponge and Sticky toffee pudding. All freshly cooked and delicious. Would definitely return if we come back this way. Lovely local pub x
