Sweet Eugene's - South Brazos

It is always warm inside. It is never cold enough to get comfortable. If I had to guess, it is always 75° or warmer. Perhaps it is the many windows bringing in warmth from the sun. Either way, I've been sitting in the middle of the store for twenty minutes and my arms are sweaty as I type this. Coffee is good, not incredible. One bone to pick is their espresso drinks. If you want an iced mocha latte, for example, the espresso is some sort of pre-brewed mixture. I wish they pulled the shots freshly for each drink. I've resorted to getting hot or iced coffees. Please lower the air conditioning! Run more electrical outlets as you have a limited supply. Surely, y'all already know this. Lastly, the best thing about y'all's place is the business hours. Open late, school or summer. Consistent place I can come for work.

Quality of this place has gone down sadly. Have to pay to get wifi and it’s limited. Additionally, food and drinks are overpriced.

Had a Americano and pastry. Bakery preparation was really very nice. Panini was not so impressive.

Terrible service from the cashier last night. I will never return to the business and would not recommend them. The cashier was racist when serving me and my family, and she didn't give us a drink and we had to pay again to give it to us.
