South Boston Inn Grill

The hotel in the photos is not the one you will be staying at. Our room had dirty sheets, a dirty bathroom, and a non-functioning shower. We had to use washcloths and a sink to clean ourselves as a result. Room 222. I cannot recommend this location at all. My parents also had to move rooms before our arrival due to pubic hair on the toilet seat. I would have moved rooms as well if not for that. Despite the broken shower and questionable stains, I would prefer them over the pubic hair. This is a motel that I would not even pay $1 for. I have stayed in $20 rooms that were better. Additionally, my parents had to kill several cockroaches in their separate room. The broken shades let in light all night, the beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. Overall, it was a horrible stay. You would be better off sleeping in your car along the interstate.

The rooms are not very appealing. Overall, it seems like more of a pit stop for a quick rest rather than a comfortable stay. It would be better to just sleep in the car.
