Fazoli's - South Bend

The food is great, but I used to work here a couple of years ago. I tried to apply for a job again last year and was told I would be rehired. However, I never received a handbook. When I called to inquire about it, I was laughed at and told there was little chance of being rehired. I simply replied that I wasn't interested anymore but appreciated the response.

Just as I remembered from my childhood, the restaurant chain has remained largely the same. The food was fantastic, and the breadsticks were just like the classic Fazoli's style. The staff at this particular location were phenomenal during my short visit. One server, who was quite elderly, stood out as an exceptional server compared to many of the younger ones at other places. I definitely plan to return multiple times, once I’m in a better financial situation (I'm currently in heavy debt, haha).

The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the food was fantastic—all at a great price. You really can't beat it!
