Happy Wok - South Beloit

Ordered on 4/13/22 with a couple of coworkers teriyaki chicken sticks were literally burned black coworkers orange chicken was dry very overcooked. Took 65 minutes to deliver 2.5 miles! They lost a lot of business from the company I work at!

Terrible service. Was told to pull up front and they would bring it out in about 10 minutes. Normally no problem, but after about 20 I went in to check on the food. I found it sitting on the counter. When I asked how long it was sitting there the manager said I don't know I checked the tag and it had been waiting 15 minutes. I asked why it hadn't been brought out to me. He responded that he didn't tell me that. I said no your drive through girl told me that. His only response from then on was Ok, bye He refused to give me the number for complaint.Needless to say we will be going to China Palace from now on.

Mongolian beef needs to have a bit more sugar to give it the authentic Mongolian flavor. I wasn't crazy about it. However, the Crab Rangoon was the best you can find anywhere.

I've eaten here for over 20 years and the only problem I've ever had is the orange chicken sucks everything else on the menu is super delicious the best fast food Chinese place in my area and I love it

Love this place, go to the lunch menu They get some money and larger proportions such as their fried rice and dumplings provide diving sauce for dumplings.
