Potbelly Sandwich Works

My wife and I enjoy Potbelly sandwiches. We order from Potbelly at least once a week, sometimes even three times a week. Yeah, we might have a problem, but the sandwiches are just so good. Overall, our dining experience at this location has been great, otherwise we wouldn't keep coming back. In the restaurant business, you have to understand that not every order is perfect, but I would say that about 90% of my orders have been correct. On the rare occasion that there is a problem, I have called to complain and the customer service here is outstanding. Every time I have had an issue and called, the manager has gone above and beyond to fix it. I really appreciate that level of customer service; I have never encountered such great service at any other restaurant. Mistakes happen, we are all human! Even computer programs have glitches. My favorite sandwich at Potbelly is the BLTA on flatbread! All of their sandwiches are delicious. I haven't tried the salad yet, but the woman before me last week ordered two different kinds and they both looked delicious. I will try one on my next visit. It's a great place for a quick and tasty meal!
