Dino Francesco's Pizza Pasta House

I came in to pick up an order and the waiters told me 5 minutes and sat all around a table and didn’t give me my money back when I asked after waiting for my food for 30 minutes. I won’t be going back. To young of workers don’t know what they are doing. All I got was a side.

Servers are very nice, had linguine with house sauce and mushrooms which was very good. Came with a fresh salad. Others I went with strongly recommend the eggplant parmigiana.

They are only open a couple of days other then that there food is great

I called at 6pm to order a hoagie that I would pick up. I asked how long and how much I was quoted 15 minutes and 11 dollars. When I arrived to pick up the hoagie it was 6:15 and Josh was working the the register. I pairs for the hoagie and he went to the kitchen to get it. He came back out and said it was gonna be a few more minutes. No problem, I sat down and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited until 6:45 when he said it was honing to be a few more minutes and when why he began to get angry with me and I told quietly I will sit here and wait and stop talking to me. He should be told to wear a hair net to tame hair. He should not be able to greet customers he has no manners. And when my hoagie came out of the kitchen Josh didn’t even have it wrapped and in the bag . He was wrapping in uo while he was handing it over. Great service from Josh. I hope all of the employees don’t treat their customers that poorly!!! Especially a first time customer like myself. Call ahead so you don’t have to deal with Josh

Picked up a pizza with extra cheese and it was perfect!! Perfect amount of cheese and sauce, the crust was on the thin side and crunchy... it had tons of flavor, prefect texture! Service was a liiiittle slow, but they had a full house. The people were friendly and nice. I HIGHLY recommend them and will be back!
