Planet Food - Sousse

Great place to go for lunch, and I highly recommend the “Plat de jour” or special daily; a great tasting meal and lots of food for the price. Today it was roasted chicken, with frits, tajine, a large mixed salad (Fennel root, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, etc) and chakchouka (that was delicious). And our waiter was very friendly and attentive. A good time and great place to eat

For an average budget, this is a good restaurant. Very famous in the area. Provides different food and standard drinking. does not serve alcohoolic drinks. Decor is good and waiters are respectable. Better for salads. I recommend seafood.

Good for a decent casual time. Don't get the steak! It's completely tough and overcooked. They brought it to me twice and was tough both times. I decided to get grilled fish. That was cooked well...could've been seasoned better but cooked great. Location, in Sousse, was great. Staff was ok but not very friendly.

Was here the other day for dinner. The food is ok, nothing super special but filling with good portion sizes. Service is fast. I lost my appetite though because some ignorant young couple at the table in front of me put their kid standing up on the tabletop with shoes and all. That's just disgusting and unsanitary. Obviously this wasnt the restaurant's fault but the staff should have said something about it out of respect for their other customers. No one wants to think the restaurant lets the bottoms of people's shoes on the surface they're eating from, especially when we could set bread or whatever on the table while we are eating.
