This restaurant is tiny 2 tables inside, 1 outside when it is not raining (what it was when we were there.) the inner is dark, but the decoration works. it is sweet and charming. the menu has crepes, salad, fish or buffalo except somehow on. these island full of fish, they had no fish on the day we were. we both have the buffalo. I was overcooked and hard, we saw her microshaft, our many baked carrots and rice. I have avoided the salat, because I rarely find good salate in Brazil, but hindsight is 20/20. the people on the other table ordered one and it looked super fresh, huge, with many delicious topping options. drink options were limited to soda, beer or cachaca. because the owner is French, I thought there could be a crying list. it wasn't. my b. so maybe they order her meat rarely, do they not expect much from her side, or do they stick to salat?
Large small French caffe in a remote location in Brazil. good steaks and huge delicious salads. very good value for money and a good option if they are sick of leaning and tearing!
This restaurant is tiny - 2 tables inside, 1 outside if it's not raining (which it was when we were there). The inside is dark, but the décor works. It's cute and charming. The menu has crepes, salad, fish, or buffalo - except somehow on this island full of fishermen, they had no fish the day we were there. We both got the buffalo. Mine was way overcooked and tough. We watched them microwave our "oven baked potatoes" and rice. They weren't such good sides. I avoided the salad because I rarely find good salad in Brazil - but hindsight is 20/20. The people at the other table ordered one and it looked great - fresh, huge, with lots of yummy topping options. Drink options were limited to soda, beer, or cachaca.
