Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis is a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious Kitakata ramen. The restaurant is always crowded and it's difficult to find parking. Fortunately, I was able to find a spot when one car left. I ordered the Assari Shio Chashu Men, featuring the familiar medium curly noodles of Kitakata ramen that go down smoothly. The soup has a simple salt flavor without any unpleasant aftertaste, but it has a rich taste that makes you want to keep drinking it. The chashu is also the familiar pork belly style of Kitakata ramen, but it's not too heavy and can be easily finished. The understated menma also provides a nice supporting flavor. It was delicious. Just a heads up, when I visited the restaurant at 11:00 am, they had run out of soup by 12:15 pm and stopped taking orders. It's best to arrive early. The souvenir set also recreates the flavors well and is recommended.
Visited at 12:30 for the salt ramen! Surprisingly, we were seated quickly without much wait. However, just 5 minutes after entering, they ran out of soup and closed, so it's better to arrive early. The ramen was consistently delicious and light. It has a gentle taste that makes you feel warm inside. I could eat it every day. Also, it was very reasonably priced!
The restaurant is very clean and has a sense of cleanliness. The soy sauce ramen for 600 yen and the large portion for 750 yen are quite reasonable. The gift sets are also inexpensive at 1350 yen for 4 servings. Even on weekdays after 9:30, there is a 10-minute wait. It is certainly delicious but on the lighter side. Personally, I prefer the atmosphere and taste of Sakanai.
喜多方での文句無しトップクラスの旨さ！ 私のお勧めは塩ですね！ 朝9時から開店してるのでお昼前にはスープ無くなって終わることが多いので朝から突撃することをオススメします。 尚、お店の駐車場はすぐ一杯になります。近くの福島銀行さんの一部が喜一用に使える(2022/7現在 みたいなのでお店の人に確認してみてください。
12月1日水曜日、喜多方ラーメン遠征ウワサ通り8:10到着で三番手の記名店内は店主さんや職人さんのこだわりが見える重厚感あるイメージで、木の香りが微かに感じる清潔感抜群の造りコロナ喎なので入口の検温カメラとアルコールスプレー、カウンターは同一方向に着席の対策で考えられていました客が帰ると毎度消毒して、一組ずつ丁寧に接客してくれます ラーメンはウワサ通りに美味しく、来て良かったと思えるクオリティー麺もスープもチャーシューも申し分ナシ食べて納得して下さい 店主さんの「気を付けてお帰り下さい」で感動のフィニッシュ ´∀` また来ま～す ω ﾉ
