Risotto pesto and shrimps of excellent level, good all the rest including the wine of the house, they keep us to present the food in a gourmet way and should be appreciated the effort in a location that does not facilitate them but the staff is prepared and the good level, good restaurant
Pizza is great, but you have to organize better. to have my pizza I waited 20-30 minutes after the order
This place full of italians seemed a good sign. we arrived late relatiw (2.30 o'clock,) while the Italian midday approx. 1-3. So when we came, they said we couldn't eat anymore. in any case, we said we wanted only a simple Primo Piatto." we asked what they had and after 2 minutes the waiter returned with a sample from the kitchen: a bowl/plate with a pasta and a simple tomato sauce. without asking the price we agreed to. a few minutes later we both got a bowl/plate served with a relatiw small part of this pasta with sauce. one of us had half a claw of a lobster (from which no flesh could be taken out) over it and the other one tiny clam, just one. they dared to ask €16 per bowl/plate. a scandalous scandalous price for what was probably the last bits left to serve. we interpreted this treatment as rude insult for us as guests. our lection: if there is no menu, they always ask the prices to avoid such surprises.
Restaurant of the highest level. For years I have been attending the piperita bean, always finding myself well for both excellent dishes and for the quality of the products and service. However, after I went to the day of 13 March 2022, after months I didn't go, I could see an increase in the culinary level for the joy of the palate and therefore of the customer. the mix of hot and cold sea appetizers is excellent result, with fresh and well served products. the zuppetta of mussels, part of the mix, extraordinary, as well as tasty were fish meatballs, carpaccio, salmon and squid. also the sauces made of peppers were good, not intrusive in taste and that, indeed, they were well married with the freshness of the dishes. What about the risotto with the fisherman, absolutely divine and to try. flavors excellently mixed and not heavy. I found it very pleasant the fact of risotto served on single and bottom plate rather than on tray in abundance (as often happens when ordering risotto,) since the balanced quantity and related to the amount of appetizers eaten just before, allowed us to finish it all, enjoying it without feeling at the end weighted or unsatisfied. the dessert, in my case a mileage decomposed, was simply stratospheric, worthy conclusion for a meal in which we really felt to congratulate the chef, who has demonstrated not only to know how to cook but to know deeply the products and the way to exalt them. but the praises must also be woven to the excellent staff, well organized, friendly, prepared on the dishes served, always attentive and helpful. the price then, right and more than honest. Obviously there will be no other chances to return with extreme pleasure and in the meantime I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to swallow the excellent fresh fish on the back, in an accommodating restaurant, a few steps from the sea, with reserved parking, among the best of the Sardinian north.
