Without a doubt, these are the best ribs I’ve ever tasted! They are smoked to perfection and bursting with flavor, so you won’t even need any sauce. The tri-tip Diablo sandwich is fantastic, with a wonderful spicy kick! My wife absolutely loves the breakfast burritos that Doc prepares on weekends; they’re packed with a delicious mix of ingredients. If you’re looking for something simple, this might not be the right place for you. But if you appreciate bold flavors, Doc's is definitely worth a visit. The service was excellent, and they offer cold Shiner Beer, too!

The smoked ribs were absolutely delicious, thanks to a fantastic dry rub! During my last visit, I tried the burger and found out that they grind their own meat, which really made it exceptional! This restaurant is truly a hidden gem!
