Depot - Sonoma

The food was not up to par compared to our previous visits. We were let down by the short rib which was dry and didn't have enough sauce. The service was also lacking this time. Our waiter was not attentive, we had to ask for water, gravy, and dessert. This experience was not typical for this restaurant, so it must have been an off night. The ambiance is lovely and it's the perfect spot for a dinner where you can actually hear the person you're with.

It’s a little pricy, $35 corkage but you can’t beat the garden/pool area on a beautiful evening. Food was good, service (Sylvester) Excellent

This restaurant was fantastic. The food was delicious, the outdoor setting was beautiful, and the tables were nicely spaced apart for some privacy. The standout feature for us was the exceptional service. In the midst of the pandemic, we have sadly come to expect poor service, even at upscale restaurants. However, the staff here was consistently friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, and they were attentive without being disruptive to our conversation. We also appreciated that we weren't rushed through our meal, as the food was served promptly and the courses were spaced out perfectly. We will definitely be returning.

I went to Pizza Pino for dinner. The food was okay, but the wine pour was a bit short. However, the waiter was excellent.

Great, just off the beaten path but well worth the trip.
