Upgrading with add-ons such as wontons, eggs, and extra noodles is definitely a good idea. It's advisable to arrive early, but if you do end up waiting in line, it will be well worth the wait.
I absolutely love their new Dan Dan ramen! The quality of the ramen here is outstanding, featuring a rich and flavorful broth. The location is fantastic, and the interior is both clean and spacious. While I usually prefer udon, which might make me a little biased, I tried both the shio (salt) and shoyu (soy sauce) ramen. Personally, I found both to be slightly on the salty side. It also seemed like they were a bit short-staffed, as we had to wait around 30 minutes for our two bowls, not to mention the line outside. Overall, it’s a lovely spot that's definitely worth the wait!
The ramen at this place is amazing! I'm so glad I found it. It’s definitely going to be one of my top choices.
It was super busy tonight, but the wait was worth it! A steaming hot bowl of rich Miso Paitan Ramen with an onsen egg on top is the perfect meal after a long day. The chashu (pork) slices were tender and seared to bring out that extra flavor. The noodles were pulled perfectly for that firm chew I love. And the broth was heavenly like always! I savored every last drop, and am ready to go into a full food coma immediately after this review. 10/10 will be back. Gochisousama deshita!
Good selection of ramen and they clearly care about their menu/food. Tried the mazesoba special. The chives and bamboo shoots were the stars even though the chashu portion was generous. The sauce was creamy and umami.
