Shake Shack First National Building Downtown Detroit

I ordered food here thru door dash. The food is decent as far as taste is concerned, but the quantity of the food is pretty small for the price. I don't think I will order here again. Go to beast burger. It's so much better . This shake is almost $6 and it's tiny. These chicken bites $10. I spent almost $30 .. the pictures they show are very deceiving. This is the essence of buyer beware. I get new places want to be hip and cool but price gouging is ridiculous.

2.5 /5 and disappointing. The burgers and the shake we had and the hygiene of the table at this location were worse than other places we have been. Shake Stack, Avocado bacon chicken burgers were extremely salty, from the 1st bite( even without dressing sauces in the bun). the buns were too small to hold the ingredients, and the paper pocket wraps were instantly soggy and shredded, dripping moisture and separated toppings. It was a quite a mess. The chocolate pie shake was horrendous with the coarse and hard pie texture and the chunk of chocolate chips and the same pie crumbs were sunk and turned gooey at the bottom. It tasted really disgusting. The table we sat at had lots of dried food stains but it was never cleaned. I had to use my own alcohol spray and wipes. Simply it was not as good as the other ones where we had very positive experiences. Thumbs down ????

Burger and fries were good and hot. First time trying a Shackmeister ale, it was good. Location was busy but the staff was attentive and quick. Would order everything again, but maybe make it a double.

Very nice decor and atmosphere, staff are super friendly, and burgers are tasty. Tried the new bourbon bacon burger and it was pretty good. The patties were juicy and the flavours were what I expected. Fries aren?t impressive, but not bad. I wish they had hand cut fries like other franchises, but it?s alright. The staff were sort polite and very helpful. I enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back.

Shake shack in Assembly is one of the latest in town . My partner and I were excited for this new location because it was close to us and it was the first in this part. Overall my experience was good . The burger was good and the vegetables were fresh . The only downside to this was the speed at which we got our food . Maybe this was due to the crowd that were there . I prefer the cheese fries, its something unique. It can only get better in terms of the service . I will be visiting again to update my review. There is parking on the side of restaurant for visitors who are not familiar with the location.
