Pizza Roma - Somerville

I placed an order at 7:00 and was given a 55 minute wait time, alright no biggie, they could just be really busy. I walk in the door at 8:00 and have to wait an additional 25 minutes to get the pizza!!! And on top of that the pizza was wrong!! Bring back the old staff!!

We placed a to-go order in house for a medium half and half pizza, we were never given a quote time. After waiting just under 1 hour, I got up to ask how much longer and they acted confused before quoting me 5 more minutes. We left after 10 more minutes of waiting without our food.

Stop telling people 45 minutes when its more like and hour and half.Be up front and tell people its going to be and hour or longer they can make the choice to order or do something else.

Best pizza in my opinion! Love their food. Amazing taste and my favorite place to get pizza now. Very well made and the staff is amazing and the atmosphere is wonderful.
