Oath Pizza Davis Square - Somerville

When I called the store to report this issue, the manager dismissed my complaint outright, insisting that he had personally made and packaged the pizzas. Even after I sent him pictures as proof, he insisted that, having worked there for over a year, there was no way he could have made that mistake. He also said that to get a refund for a $13.50 pizza, I would need to go through HR, despite the fact that I had ordered eight pizzas. Eventually, he agreed to refund me, but he was unclear about when that would be processed. I never expected such a poor response from this establishment, especially from a manager. If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose it!

The staff working here today were wonderful! I accidentally grabbed the wrong order (which can happen anywhere), but they were incredibly understanding and offered to make me a brand-new, fresh pizza. I really enjoyed it—it was absolutely delicious!

Overall, it was just okay. The crust was reminiscent of Pizza Hut—crispy and a bit oily, with a wood-fired finish. If you're looking for toppings, you might be disappointed. And if you’re vegan, be prepared to scrape the ‘cheese’ off the whole pizza just to get enough for a single slice. I’d consider ordering again if they’d let me make my own in the back!
