This restaurant is a hidden gem. As soon as you step inside, you are welcomed by the bartender and regular customers. You can enjoy watching a game, playing some games, or trying out some delicious food.

The Mt. Vernon is a restaurant that I frequent often in my local area. The specials they offer are truly exceptional. The steaming twin lobsters, when on special, are amazing and you won't find better quality at such a great price. The nightly dinners for two are a fantastic deal, especially the prime rib on Mondays which includes soup or salad, potato and vegetable, and dessert. It's a steal considering how delicious the prime rib is. If they haven't sold out, dinner also comes with popovers. The wait staff is excellent, and they also serve one of the best Bloody Mary's in town.
