Man-o-salwa Kabob Grill - Somerville

Visit from the city. pick up the door. We have a message that says pick up in 30 minutes. I was there and that was not ready. obviously they had registered at türdash, but never set up the box. we ended the order personally. the half of the elements in the menu were not available. they had a menu on the display with tags that only these elements were available. we have changed our order only for them to tell us that the tagged items we selected were not available. we landed with chicken biryani and butter huhn with naans in contrast to what we originally wanted. we asked the biryani an additional rita. we opened the bag later to find that absolutely no rita was full of never something more. eating wise the butter chicken had much more butter then what it would have. biryani was similar to most Pakistani restaurants with meat and rice ratios that were as usual low (not unlike most Pakistani restaurants). I wasn't the best, but it wasn't horrible either. naans, we're under average. I wish I had no negative review, but there were too many mistakes to go. Perhaps the people of this kind let go, but it really prevents these restaurants from continuing. I hope this is taken as a positive criticism with the hope that their service will be improved. for future customers I would highly recommend calling instead of putting an order online and checking their bag before leaving the restaurant to ensure that no errors occur.

I'm Bangladeshi and if you want authentic Pakistani/Bangali food, this is the spot. They are great for take out, Eid and party caterings. What they lack in aesthetics, they make up for it with amazing and delicious food from the soul.

Got the biryani and curry chicken. The portions are so good and enough to have tons leftover!

This right here is a gem! Tucked away in Somerville, this place is 5min walk from a Market Basket (that has free parking). The food is 100% authentic and THE BEST tasting south Asian food I have had in Massachusetts. The prices? Oh god it's so cheap! Well worth your money. 10/10 recommend getting some takeout here. Note there is no dine in and there is a 20-25 min wait time.

I ordered beef kabab, chicken kabab, chicken karhai, and chicken biriyani. We loved all of the foods except beef kabab, it was bland and dry. Also, it took a long time for them to prepare my order. To sum up, the food is good except that beef kabab) but need to work on time management.
