Przekaż informację zwrotnąOn Wednesday, 29 September, I went to Burger King on 185 Somerville Avenue in Somerville, MA. They will probably be open until midnight and show their hours clearly on their drive-thru window. I was there at 11:40. No one answered or greeted me when I moved to the microphone on the drive-thru, although I could clearly see employees on the switch inside. It was about going to the window and they all hid their eyes. It was clear they didn't want to wait for me. I chopped the horn of my car and a girl came in the window. She didn't open the window to talk to me, but called me through the glass to tell me they were closed. Since when did they close early and treat customers so rude?? There is another big problem with this special Burger King, where they have employees who do not speak very well English and have a reputation to screw up the orders of people. Not only that, but the loudspeaker/microphone on the drive-thru hard to hear people when they talk to you. How do they expect to wait for customers when their communication skills are limited and they cannot understand what a customer orders in English? Another problem I would like to address is an order that I put for a salad earlier this week. I don't have any clothes or plastic utensils. How should I eat a salad without dressing and without a fork? These problems/problems are unacceptable and it seems to be worse every time I went there. I had it with this Burger King! You have lost a long time, loyal and good customer. There's a McDonald on the street open 24 hours. I think I'd rather go where I'm not being ignored and be treated with respect, with courtesy and my order will be right. This special Buger King must be the worst fast food entry in the USA.
5 stars to Burger King? Food quality exactly as you expect but the reason why the full star count is the service. Super impressed by the service. Obviously understaffed but the front of house manager on the floor was amazing. Very efficient, doing two to three things at once and on top of that, a huge smile on her face to each customer. Props as well to the back of house crew who were getting the food out very quickly. If you see this review and you are affiliated to Burger King, definitely get that manager recognition!
Customer service is horrible. They don't let you speak and give extreme attitude for no reason and you can ask for a basic thing like a different sauce because they roll their eyes.
Bought an ice cream cone and as soon as I got it it didn't look like ice cream. Looked like ice and taste awful. I have never had to throw a cone away but this one went out the window
I was pressed for time and needed something quick to eat before heading home from the mall and this place hit the spot. The line moved quickly, I got my food fast and it was very delicious. The fries were hot and crispy and my burger was cooked just right. I would definitely go back on my next trip to Cambridgeside Galleria.
