Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

If your ordering door dash from this place and your food comes cold it's not your dasher fault it is the store. Was in there the other day and watched an dash order sit on the counter for 20 minutes getting cold. Want free food just ask a worker they will seek it out the back door. Called to tell a Manger about long wait times and they fact that employees where seeking food out, the back door, pointed out that a dash order sat on the counter so long with no dasher in sight and her response was to threaten me that she would have me thrown out i wasnt even there and she didnt even ask my name). Now with that being said I called to speak to the store manager Shannon and another manager answer the phone and advised she was the store manager8 and was just awful. Called corporate was suppose to receive a call back from franchises but that never happen. I would like to point out all this happen on a Friday September 1, around dinner time and they only had 1 customer in the building if they are wondering why . This is why. My family of 7 will not eat at the establishment to many chicken places in somerset to deal with that. I recommend you to go to KFC or Popeyes or even slim chickens .

Haad the cobb salad, went through the drive through, great salad and very good service at the window. fast and friendly.

Ordered 2 family meals got 1 family meal and a 5 finger plate instead. Wasn't too upset called in just to give a headsup. Manager acted upset and offered to mail me a voucher due to not really wanting to drive back cuz it was move in day. Over a month later no voucher, and I haven't been back lol.
