I really enjoy this restaurant. It has a warm atmosphere, helpful staff, and a variety of vegan and gluten-free options that make it hard for me to choose what to order! Everything I've tasted has been amazing. Additionally, there is a small grocery store connected to the restaurant that offers a selection of unique and tasty products.

The restaurant has a spacious and welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. The deli food is excellent, with a wide variety of vegan options on the menu. I enjoyed the granola with fresh fruit and coconut yogurt, which was delicious and satisfying. The berry smoothie was also tasty. I definitely plan on returning.

Whenever I am in the Helderberg area, I like to visit the Real Food Co. They offer a wide selection of high-quality health products and a healthy restaurant menu connected to the shop.
