Applebee's Grill - Somerdale

Manager on duty was rude and not accommodating. As a customer I do not feel appreciated

Our waitress was great.Service was fast, accurate and tasty.

Was here on table waiting 20 minutes and no one came to offer even water. But another family was sit on table next to us and yes they had someone taking there order, so disappointed been a neighbor I think I won’t come back to this one again Second time it

My wife and I have been to this location often for dinner prior to a movie with generally no issues. However, last night was a bust!We arrived around 6:30 to make a 7:45 show. We were seated quickly and the friendly waitress arrived right away to take our order. The drinks arrived quickly and then it went downhill from here. People were seated all around us and received their drinks and appetizers while we waited.By this time it was about 6:50. I flagged down our waitress and asked her to check on our appetizer. She did and came back to say that the table across from us who she was waiting on received our appetizer and that she would get it out right away. When she delivered it (with out plates) about 7:05 I told her we were trying to make a 7:45 show and she said she would get our dinner out soon. Then the manager showed up and said she understood there was a problem and asked US to explain. I did and she said our dinners would come out very soon.We waited until 7:30 watching others eat while our waitress walked by numerous times with no contact. At that time I called her over and said cancel our dinner order. On our way out the manager ran over to us and said our order was ready and did we want it to go. We replied no and walked out...hungry!

The bathroom was atrocious. Was like animals had been in there. Our waitress was a sweetheart. The boneless wings were dry and hard. Must have been the time of night because we have been here before and loved it...just not that night sorry to say.
