The place is in a beautiful setting, surrounded by nature, with animals at the entrance (we have seen a horse, geese and other courtyard animals). Inside it appears old man, who immediately gives us the idea of a good place, then it turns out for a dismissed room and perhaps not clean (among other things, the water of the sink in the bathroom came out marroncina). The foreign woman who has (so to say) welcomed us, turned out to be few words. Throughout the service he gave us the impression of having a halfway between the assumption and not understanding our language well (and this seemed to be the last of his worries). The blurred wine, at the plug, did not like it, so we opted to take a bottle. We were amazed not to find local wines, such as lambrusco or bonarda, but there were only a few choices, typically supermarket and dozen wines. We took meats (goods) and fried dumpling (surgery and forgetable). To follow two fries, one of fish and one of anchovies, which were not bad. We ended with coffee and 2 laps of bitters, one of which was offered. The prices displayed in the menu found them very high, while to be Saturday afternoon I found the place very empty (just another couple over us). Too bad.

The positive things are: lovely and charming place with magnificent views of the Po, free animals, swallows. After a few months from our visit we returned to dinner and with regret we found a marked worsening of the quality of food and drink. To this it should be added that therefore the price quality ratio is now very unfavorable. In detail,1 mixed fried shrimp and squid almost inevitable (it seemed refractive because advanced earlier) to 15 euros .A bottle of white wine at the limit of drinkability to 12 euros. I've come several times to lunch in the nautical center with my family. I feel at home. Direct contact with the cook that advises you. Great food account honest rural location very pleasant.

What a lovely evening! Thank you Stefano for having pampered us and made us eat so well. Who chooses this place knows that it will find a spartan environment with a beautiful panorama and a sincere cuisine in a context where nature pampers you and relaxes. The menu is varied and the landlord will guide you lovingly among the many proposals and out menus. We chose to 'push' on the fries. The dishes are generous in the portions and well presented. Exceptional catfish accompanied by an amazing Korean sauce, great satisfaction the fish and frogs. Despite the sumptuousness of the courses, everything was appetizing but at the same time light and genuine. Very pleasant the white of the house, like the digestive at the end of the meal. A special note for the care in the service (full and perfect ways) and for the kindness of the staff, precise and punctual. Quality/price ratio in line with the dishes offered. A place where you would like to return without delay both in company and for a relaxed dinner in couple. _
