Wendy's - Solon

I stop at this location often for the asiago grilled chicken sandwich and fries I never have any problems,however on this day my fries was burntand my sandwich was dry and cold the cheese didn't taste so well.

Bob it is very sad that you hyped Solon residents up that we were going to have the best Wendy's in NE Ohio what a joke you and your crew really are. I have refrained from leaving a negative review in hopes you'd actually come through and pull it together. The worse service always out of something tell me how you run out of coke and sprite and then charge me over bc I didn't want any other flavor so now I don't get the deal bc you don't have what you sell. Smh

They apparently built a second drive thru lane just to make you wait 15 mins as of now

The food was good, however the dine in experience was different. New touchscreen checkout. Public hand washing for both men and women, on men's room. Only family lavatories. Workers were unfriendly. But the food was good.

Bob the GM does a great job running a tight ship! Yeah very very rarely there?s an issue but what service industry doesn?t have a problem. What?s great is Bob will fix it immediately! Staff is always friendly especially during the lunch rush
