Subway - Solon

I visited on October 23, 2022, at 6:40 PM, and they refused to make us two footlong sandwiches. I'm not sure why, maybe because we arrived just 20 minutes before closing. It was a disappointing experience.

Every time I visit this Subway, there's always the same person working, so I assume he's the owner. He tends to be quite stingy with the toppings. Whenever I ask for more onions, he only grabs about three pieces, and no matter how many times I ask, he barely adds any more. His reluctance to give extra toppings has made my visits disappointing. While this Subway is conveniently located on my way to work, I don’t think I’ll return because I consistently leave feeling unsatisfied.

I ordered a 12-inch "The Boss" online, but they sent me a 6-inch instead. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with them; their service is consistently poor, and they're likely to get your order wrong. I had hoped that after not visiting this location for a couple of years, improvements would have been made, but I was sadly mistaken.

Closed at 8pm locked doors at 745p and ppl was still inside placing orders. All just looked at me

They never open online ordering till 11 am today 6/21/22 they losty office party order of 350.00 we went with Penn station they opened their website. I will be calling corporate next
