Bar de la Prehistoire - Sollacaro

Good reception, fresh and quality product. only flat: prices a little expensive but good experience

After a warm stroll in filitosa, an ice cream at bar de la prehistoire. This was fine, wanted to have another beer, got a beer that wasn't taken freshly, but a beer that I thought had been in my mind for a very long time, with a little new beer in it, the girl who asked me to get a little bit of a drink,

We took 2 corsica salads (green salt, tomatoes, melon, corsican ham, Corsican cheese, olives and unlike what is written on the menu of the presentation photo, there were no eggs) and a bottle of gaseous water, all 31 €. The salad consisted of a fine slice of melon, 4 small slices fine and square ham as well as 4 small squares fine cheese, 4 tomato slices and 4 black olives. all arranged on a thick salad (batavia perhaps). Basically, you eat a lot of green salad with decoration on it and you have to make your little vinaigrette because the plate is served without sauce!For 13 € the salad is abused. No need for a chef to make salads. In a bar, you don't have to expect better. It is placed right next to the prehistoric site, so convenient to cool down and pause, that's all.

The ideal place to take a rest after the visit of the megalithic site of Filitosa and have a drink in the shadow, trying to remember what you have seen the last 2 hours strolling over the site. For food it is a typical tourist trap with so called "typical" Corsican food. If you like If you like warm Panini sandwiches, it's OK, but if you prefer baguette sandwich, forget it.

The reception is charming and very smiling. We arrived late but everything was done so that we could have lunch, though it is very appreciable. The omelette is a delight! simple but effective I recommend this brewery
