The Little Owl - Solihull

We have been here quite a few times and have been very fortunate to have had the same waitress Fiona serve our table she is without doubt the most exceptional waitress we have ever encountered the Little owl is very lucky to have her !! Thank you Fiona

Brilliant service from the Lovely Fiona who recommended dishes from the menu, and was very attentive and friendly. Food was delicious and nice atmosphere in the pub.

Good food. Fantastic waitress Fiona, was totally chill (with confidence rather than ignorance) with my son's allergies, which is a godsend when it comes to putting myself at ease as well as not making him feel like he's the inconvenience of a lifetime. Will be visiting again!

Just been for dinner at the restaurant. Decided to go as it was the other half’s birthday. Booked online and arrived on time. Was seated in a place where the sun was burning my back so asked to be moved. This was the start of the terrible service that we received. You could tell, even though it wasn’t busy in the restaurant, that our request to be moved was met with reluctance. The attitude of this person, was one of annoyance and kind of set the standard for the rest of the time there. However we were moved. After 15 minutes we were asked if we wanted to order drinks. They arrived another 15 minutes later. We then had to wait another 10 minutes to order our food. Finally, after 40 minutes our food arrived. It was served and the waitress said enjoy your meal. Only problem was half of my dinner was missing. After waiting 5 minutes to see if my remaining half of my dinner would arrive I asked the waitress for the rest, which then arrived. This is not the first time that we have eaten here but probably the worst time that we have done. Slow service, even though it wasn’t busy and painfully awful service. I will say the food when it did arrive was lovely and as such the reason why we went there. However considering the service received to celebrate a birthday has made me think again about ever going there again.

Great little gasto pub, lively surroundungs, goid staff in restaurant and bar. Nice menu and a goid range if drinks, wouldxrecommend have been several times this year foid excellent
