Mcdonald's Birmingham Chelmsley Wood

By far the worse Mcdonalds in the country. Never have milkshakes the machine is constantly out of order to the point it actually a surprise if they have them. Fries are usually undercooked and never warm. Don’t go here.

Good. Food tasty food arrived on time very hot luck as I don’t live too faar from this McDonald’s so yh everyone go give this McDonald’s a try

Would like to thank the kind lady who works in macdonalds at chemsley wood i came through the drive thru in a taxi with my son who has Autism i forgott to get him his milk shake she saw my son was distressed and I couldn't back track to get him one fair play to her she gave him a milkshake for free thank you for that it ment alot .

Delivering cold stale food 90 minutes after somebody has ordered is a disgrace . Ordered at 8.40 finally turned up at 10.10 . Freezing cold fries and rotten stale nuggets I wouldn't even feed to the local rats . THIRD order in a row that has been unedable . Absolute disgrace to even have the cheek to send this kind of food out for the atrocious prices they charge for this junk . Never will I order again from this horrific store.

Very disappointed the buns on our three burgers where bone dry stale as hell! They were also stone cold! Chips were soggy and cold with hardly any salt on them! Worst of all was my daughter found a hair in her chicken burger and also her fries! Pretty poor show guys really need to sort your food and hygiene out! Won’t be going back!
