Mcdonalds - Solihull

I have never complained before, but every time I get food from this McDonald's, it is cold. Today, I ordered a Big Mac with nuggets and fries, and the burger was ice cold. I live just around the corner, so there is no way it could have gotten cold on the way home. This has happened so many times where I have arrived home only to find that the burger I ordered is cold.

Every time I have visited the customer service has been appalling, and the attitudes of staff atrocious and they have no place in the service industry, the prices keep going up but the standards keep going down

After placing an online order, I never received my food. When I called the restaurant to inquire, the woman I spoke to was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. This is not the first time I have experienced such poor service from McDonald's. I am utterly disgusted by their customer service.

We ordered a double quarter pounder meal for takeout, but when we got home, we realized the order was incomplete. We spent over an hour trying to complain to the Olton branch, but no one answered the phone despite it ringing 15 times before just ringing out.

Bacon raw. You need to train yr employees how to cook will never take my custom there again. Few times not been happy with this place. But always give benefit of the doubt not again
