Miso - SOLIDARIDAD

Me and my best friend were on Vacation in Cancun, and we went to the Miso Restaurant two times. It was my friend’s birthday and we mentioned that to Ricardo, our server; he brought his colleague and they sang happy birthday song to us. He was giving us the best customer service, he had his smile all the time helping us to pick our food and he was making us feeling so comfortable. His manager Mariana, was also so friendly, a very good staff and food manager. Thank you for our good memories!

I don’t get why people leave such rude reviews. This is not a michelin star restaurant, it’s an a la carte restaurant included with the resort stay and as such we thought it was very good. The sushis had a lot of rice but were good in flavor, the pho soup was delicious and we had a great service by Alberto. All in all we enjoyed our experience, and their attention to food allergies made us feel very comfortable. I would go again for sure. It was a nice break from the buffet, which is nice but can get repetitive after a few days.
