Black Jaxx Barbeque - Soldotna

Frick'n fabulous BBQ! And it's a drive thru!! I had seasoned ribs with beans and coleslaw. Perfectly cooked and the sauce was great! The beans are a tasty sweeter bbq and the coleslaw was delicious too. My man had a pulled pork bbq sandwich and the same sides. We both agree 5 stars!

Yall, the brisket was amazing. the bark was flavorful and the meat was moist. the seasoning on the ribs was just right. reminded me of some good southern smoked meats. is divine. i am touring all the smoked meat places in Soldotna, so far Black Jaxx blows the competition away. The prices for the two group/family meal options, for what you get, are absolutely reasonable. Prepare to drool while you wait in the drive-thru only line at their smokehouse.

Best BBQ in Alaska can be found in soldotna! Super fast service, amazing bbq meat, and some of the best bbq sauce I've ever had.!
