Black Jaxx - Soldotna

This grill was fantastic! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor. We enjoyed ribs, brisket, beans, potato salad, and coleslaw. Our family of five stopped here while traveling from Kolisof to Anchorage. I managed to park our 30-foot RV in the lot, and we went to the window to place our order. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area!

The food was absolutely delicious—I enjoyed it so much that I had to return two days in a row. I tried the brisket, beans, ribs, smoked sausage, potato salad, and rolls, and everything was fantastic!

Fantastic food!!! The staff are very nice and friendly. I ordered ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and sausage, and each dish was excellent. The sides of potato salad, coleslaw, and beans were also amazing. If you're in this area, you definitely need to eat here!

Nicki is the bean queen! Seriously, the beans were so stupid. But really, the whole food was good. We have ribs and brisket. Great portions. I wish we lived here because we would definitely be regular!

If you want to bypass a sit-in restaurant, you can't go wrong here. All the smoked varieties we tried were well done. The ribs were the best though, great smoke and tender!
