Since the reopening, my girlfriend wanted to see the house, but it was just disappointment. I'm not cool, but I was stuck for good service and the service was bad, they weren't rude, but they were bad because they didn't have any professionalism, appearing to have no experience with customer service. We ordered a portion of mignon (which according to them serves 2 people, but it doesn't, it's very small); an additional basket of bread was also requested (which did not arrive at the table); the first caipirinha I see only ice, I tried for a long time to make eye contact with the servers to change the caipirinha (a futile attempt, they don't look at the tables), I got up, went to the counter and asked for a change; the portion took almost 2 hours to be ready; I tried to order another caipirinha (again, a failed attempt), I got up, went to the counter and placed the order (but it wasn't delivered until I left, they simply didn't do it); When paying, the instructions for what was consumed were not printed. Disappointing! Terrible service, the attendants have no peripheral vision, my boyfriend spent more than 15 minutes trying to call him to exchange a caipirinha that only came out with watery ice , unable to get service, he got up and went to the counter. We ordered a dish of mignon with cheese sauce, it took more than 1h30min to serve, when it arrived I was shocked, it came with about 10 strips of meat (no exaggeration), the meat was tough and the sauce I have no idea what it could do However, what I was sure of was that it wasn 't cheese and it was salty, we paid R$ 90.00 for that, for the 2nd time my boyfriend got up to order another caipirinha, a caipirinha that was NOT served. We went to the cashier to pay and were charged R$162.00, we consumed R$126.50 (90.00 dish, 30.00 caipirinha and 6.50 water) the guy didn 't give us the printed bill, my boyfriend was so angry that he paid and didn 't question it, because the situation was already so critical, that in a situation like this it 's better to remain silent so as not to make it worse. We are outraged by the negligence, lack of professionalism, we as customers have other options of good places to visit, but you only lose out with this disrespect.
