Little Caesars Pizza - Snyder

Called to place an order and the person who answered the phone was not courteous at. When I called back to ask for the manager she said she was the manager at the time (Jessica) told her how rude she was she literally didn’t care to hear it. Her management skills need to be Reevaluated. Service from her (Jessica) is EXTREMELY POOR!!!!!!

Service is pathetic. Never any hot and ready. Sunday at noon only one person there and she was visiting family at the drive thru. Don’t answer the phone so it’s impossible to phone in your order. Ordered inside and she said “ it will be a few minutes “ Refused to give me an approximate time. Really bad attitude!!!

Friendly staff but took a long time to get pizza that should have been hot n ready

Never would answer the phone. I was in the parking lot watching them as they laughed and never could get them to answer the phone. There was no customers there either. Got 3 pizzas and they charged me for 4. Never again.

Service is really horrible and for a place that says hot n ready pizzas they didn 't have any and no other customers and it took over 30 minutes to get one at 11:20 a.m.
