The Snowmass Kitchen Starwood

While the workers really tried to make us happy, they were stumbled by terrible poor management a training. the menu changed from the time when I talked the original reservation that the food truck was 't it done. it took 15 minutes for the personal to find wine glasses for the wein we ordered, and, even then, they were not the right style. eating was okay, except my trout that was overcooked (probably as a result of it sit under a heat lamp while we finish the appetizers). If this West is a franchise operation, I would revoke the franchise calculator! I had many Starwood experiences and that was not the call of the brand. the on;y really positiw was keeping the waiting staff that was extremely exciting, friendly and helpful.

The kitchen was slow to eat out. the restaurant was understated and our waitress was badly trained. I forgot my Entree order. cheese pizza was like a microwave product. we only asked for review and cut our losses.

Sorry for the bad review, but the experience was awful. Terrible food and service.

Very nice gracious server. Abrupt and rude manager. Empty restaurant when every other restaurant in town is packed.

Bland overcooked overpriced not very fresh food and slow service. Like Chef Boyardee and Waffle House had a baby.
