However, yesterday we bought a bucket of chicken meat to go with pages that we prepared at home. I was so impressed by the customer service that I feel obliged to do this review. Super nice older gentleman was our cashier and a sweet young Gal delivered the bucket to my car. The young gall ran into my car twice since she wanted to clear my order. They had another 4 minutes on the crispy chicken when I went through the drive-thru. Fantastic customer support! I can hardly wait one day to try the pots, as I heard these pots are amazing!
Having always had such a great experience in this special KFC, in all the years that come here, they always had amazing, friendly staff and you are always treated properly. I eat a lot of fast food and it is rare to find so consistently great service. Met the owner / manager tonight (can not remember what he was) Tom who made my night with a free meal could not be happier and will continue to support this local restaurant every week until I am too fat to fit into the ride thru
Good fresh chicken and quick service from friendly staff. They were out of pots, but it was also late in the evening
I know better than to keep giving this location another chance. The owner of this location should probably focus on the store a little more. Countless times.... Tenders and wedges for two.... Ugh. Scrawny half pieces of tough chicken included with a few decent pieces. The wedges are the same.... A few decent pieces in with the dried leather. I ordered a pair of apples pies on this one. Was asked to pull over, would take about 4 minutes. I waited 12 minutes then had to get out of car and walk in and ask what's up. Always an issue at this KFC. I'll learn to go somewhere else now that I had to take the time and put in a review. I hate having to write this kind of thing. I own a small business so I get it but it's apparent the owner isn't really watching his store. Just counting the money I guess.
Had a fantastic experience with Morgan. She was positive and responsive, even going out of her way to help make our KFC dinner night easier! Efforts like this are rare in her industry and I appreciate it. Now for the four stars instead of five and the reason why I had to interact with her by phone in the first place. The KFC app is okay but still needs work. You cannot edit an individual item. Example, you order the Football Pack but one of your family members is allergic to or does not like pickles and or mayonnaise. There is no way to delete condiments from an individual sandwich. All in all a positive experience.
