Prices are a bit steep (most BBQ places are), and the portions are smaller than you want them to be... mostly because the food is incredible and you feel a little bit sad when the experience is over. Tri-tip is delicious, the brisket is fairly solid, the chicken is incredible!
1. Let's eat. I had the 1/2 ribs, 1/2 brisket meal with made in the house Baked Beans and Cowboy Caviar. A small side spicy sauce and it was also a good supplement for occasional diving. Everything was fantastic.
I made a small city adventure today and love trying BBQ places. The Jalapeño cheddar sausage was full of taste. Brisket had a large amount of smokey taste and the tri-tip well executed. Mac and cheese were tenderer than al dente, but not mushy. Potato salad hard without tasting with cream and the right amount of vinegar for me. Texas Caviar is what I like. The honey butter completes the maize bread. Definitely worth the trip from South Seattle and I will be back regularly.
Absolutely fantastic. From customer service to food, this place is a true 5-star experience. We arrived at 615 on a Sunday evening and close at 7. The parking lot is small, maybe only about 6 cars. The restaurant is also small and currently does not seem to be immersed. The man in front of us seemed angry that they were out of hot links, but within the hour of a barbecue area that was closed, one must foresee that part of the daily menu has expired until then. As I had ordered, they believed that they had fled from pork, but the Lord on the back had found another tray miraculously! I was ready to order the Tri-Tip as a replacement, but went with a Pulled Pork Sandwich as my original selection. They order inside and they will bring it to your car instead of waiting inside. We ordered a Pulled Pork Sandwich with Cowboy Caviar and the Brisket Dip Samdwich with baked beans. I have the spicy option for grill sauce for my pork sandwich and while it had some kick, it was not too spicy. Do not clear when you worry about too much hotness because it was delicious. My companion actually wounded himself with the bbq sauce as a dip more than the jus that came with her Brisket Dip Sandwich! The sides were also upper notch. The baked beans were smokey and satisfying and the cowboy caviar was addicted while also getting some healthy fresh vegetables. We took our order to the park on the river in downtown Snohomish and had a nice dinner on one of the picnic tables there (both were available at 640). Overall a great place I would recommend to everyone and I will certainly be back.
