Burger King - Snohomish

I was eager to try the new Philly Cheese Steak burger, but my experience was disappointing. First, they served me the wrong burger, which is understandable—everyone makes mistakes. Then, they prepared the right burger but ended up giving it to someone else. Not a single apology was offered; it felt like I was the one at fault. By the time I finally received the correct sandwich, it was underwhelming and not worth all the trouble. I've attached a picture for reference. Does this sad-looking thing even resemble a Philly Cheese Steak? To top it off, the fries and onion rings were extremely salty.

This is undoubtedly the best spot for a burger. The meat actually tastes like real meat, not something processed. Plus, the fries are incredible!

I ended up reaching out to Burger King's customer support, which I had to look up online, and explained what occurred. Now, I’m left waiting to see if I’ll ever get my money back since they couldn’t provide a timeline for that. I strongly advise against using their app for pre-orders if they plan to close before their advertised hours and won’t issue refunds unless you escalate the issue to corporate. This experience was ridiculous! Fast food shouldn't come with this level of hassle. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
