It is not possible that in 2020 there will not be the possibility to pay with a card at a restaurant!

If you arrive to Snagov Lake, don't miss this restaurant. There you can find very good food and good drinks. It's a clean restaurant.

Lovely location over Lake Snagov. Nicely furnished with heavy wood tables/chairs. Like the others, we had to wait long time for menus. My husband and I were joking that we were invisible, as the waiters kept sauntering slowly around, seeming with nothing to do. There were no English menus and the waiter spoke no English. I ordered a salad and pizza, but they had no pizza that day. My husband ordered mixed grill, and I ordered fried cheese. While waiting for our drinks, the table next to us lit up to smoke so we moved to another table. The music was horrible, old American rap. Totally unfitting to the restaurant. After 40 minutes, we still had no food. We begged the waiter at least for the salad. What was supposed to be rucola, tomatoes, and parmesan came with iceberg lettuce (with no discount). Not happy. Finally our main courses arrived. My cheese was totally flavorless with no sauce at all. My husband's mixed grill looked good and juice, but he said it was also mediocre.

Even the restaurant is located near lake Snagov and the views are beautiful, the experience there left us with a "bitter" taste.First, we wanted to sit at a table near the lake and the waitress called her boss that told us that all tables near the lake were "reserved" even there was no sign. After that he asked her to put the "reserved" sign on all the remaining tables. * Note: While we stayed, other customers came and sit at the "reserved" tables.Second, we had to wait for 40 minutes for someone to come and take the order and another 45 minutes for the food to arrive, even there were just few customers. The attitude of the staff and the manager is beyond characterization like we were somehow "intruders". The only time when they were "quick" was when they brought us the bill.Having in mind all the above mentioned aspects, I truly cannot remember the taste of the food.I will never go there and I advise you to pick another restaurant.
