Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis unit located in Almaville was easy to access from I-24 west of the freeway. Ordered the #1 Cheeseburger.I got my order and it was not what I ordered. No cheese, lettuce, onion, mayo, or just a plain burger. I pulled back into a parking slot and pushed the button. A waitress/carhop came out looked at the order then took the sandwich back and brought me the right order.Also the receipt showed I was overcharged. The girl took the ticket into the manager. When she returned she explained that the charge on my card would be returned to the card. If not then she took my name saying if the refund had not showed up in my account within a couple of days to return to the store and they would provide me with another #1 Cheeseburger.This was an example of retailer doing everything they could to make their customer satisfied. I will return here in the future. Very pleased with how I was treated.
Horrible! Waited in line for 30 minutes, 10 of it was at the order menu in the drive through. Only for an employee to come out and say they closed at 1030 and that they aren't taking any orders this was at 1030, I got there at 10. I said I've been here for 30 minutes he said sorry we've already turned everything off and can't make food, however they served 2 people in front of me and just stopped with me and made me sit there and not say they were closed till I sat there till 1030. There was a line around the building also. Absolutely ridiculous. This isn't the first time this has happened. They need new management.
Went there on mother's day 2022 and waited over 20 minutes. Apparently there was only 1 car hop running orders. I didn't understand why management or inside girls/ guys helping out that 1 carhop. Not very professional. I canceled the order
Horrible experience and seems to be the usual. Stopped by there on Saturday, April 23 around 5 pm. Went thru the drive thru. Girls working were laughing and joking around and not taking care of customers. When they finally opened the window to take our money and get us the food the food was AWFUL. We ordered popcorn chicken and the whole container was nothing but breading and no chicken. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and the bun was burnt black and the chicken patty tasted like it'd been under a heat lamp all day. I couldn't eat the sandwich and we threw away the popcorn chicken as well. With the two drinks the order was 16.00 and I wouldn't have paid 1 dollar for it. Poor quality from a place that is typically much higher in price than other fast food places. Won't be back! If we hadn't been in a hurry for an appointment in Nashville we would have driven back around and demanded either our money back or the order redone.
Took forever to recieive my order. It took about 35 minutes to get a dish sandwich combo and popcorn chix with a cranberry slush.35min!!! And it was cold when I finally did get it. Ranking it the worst Sonic location I've visited to date.l
