Red Lobster Smyrna

Good food, waiter, Eric was fantastic. Very pricey for a lunch for two. Checked the cleanliness score 81 yikes. We might have skipped if we knew that ahead of time.

The service was exceptional! Our waiter, Anthony, took great care of our table. My mother had the Walt's Shrimp, and it was delicious! She asked for the broccoli to be cooked well and a baked potato. My partner had the shrimp Alfredo and mentioned that the Alfredo sauce was very good, and the shrimp were incredibly tender. I had the smoked salmon, which was cooked perfectly to a medium; it had a very mild flavor and went well with a fresh and crisp garden salad and potato. And of course, the Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits melted in my mouth—absolutely divine! Mmmmmm.

The food was excellent, and the waiter provided great service. However, I wonder why everyone has to use plastic cutlery. It worked fine, but it felt a bit odd. Just a heads-up: it might be a good idea to bring your own utensils.

I had one of the worst experiences ever! When I arrived, I asked to check in using Open Table. A very rude man informed me that they don't use Open Table, despite the fact that I made my reservation through it. He treated me like I was clueless, which was incredibly frustrating. I almost walked out of the restaurant. It's shocking that a manager would behave so disrespectfully. I'm confused about how I received my 100 points since he insisted they don't use Open Table. He really should be fired!

All you can eat shrimp is a great deal. The 4 course dish is also a great deal. All the food came out hot and together. Service was great!
