Papa John's Pizza - Smyrna

I absolutely adore PAPA JOHNs! I'm not sure why the CEO is considered racist, but maybe with Shaq on board things will improve. There is a lovely young lady who always greets me when I visit on Fridays. She is incredibly kind and provides exceptional customer service every time. Thank you for always going above and beyond!

The order was placed at 5:33, we were at the door at 5:44, and the delivery arrived at our front door at 6:06. It was amazing and delicious.

If there were negative figures, I would give. The last few times that we have ordered from this Papa Johns the waiting period was incredibly long (it is not only this time). I ordered my pizza at 4:26 (this is correct, beautiful and early). It is 6pm and not yet here!!! I called at 5:27 (expected for 5 min) and was told that it had already left and was on the way, it was clear. Not to mention I have a 3-year-old and 5-year-old who are hungry. I called back at 6:00 (expected 4 minutes) and asked her to repay my money. We went over the street to Maddios. Update: I gave Papa Jon to South Cobb Dr. Another shot because I really love Papa John's pizza. This experience was much better. Pizza came to a reasonable time and tasted wonderful.

Ordered several times from there; almost every time there was a problem. Admittedly, most were low; forgot extra cheese cups $0.85) or they 'd forget a two-liter soda, which unfortunately the driver had to grab back. But this evening was different: I put an order at 8:03 to 8:27 I checked her PapaTracker to find my order has just been canceled. It would not have been a big deal if it was canceled as soon as it was placed, instead it was almost 30 minutes later. I called and spoke to the manager who was unfortunately not much help to tell me the site is a third party that they are going through. Their argument was the delivery address from their delivery area; when I checked my web browser, it was 100% the same address I gave them several times. Not sure what happened, but it's quite patient that they canceled an order almost 30 minutes.

The pizza could have been good, but it took over an hour for delivery (estimated time was 30-40 minutes). If you're getting delivery, think about picking it up or ordering from another place. I chose to try Da Vinci's and their pizza was of higher quality. I also didn't have to wait longer than expected. I won't be ordering from Papa John's again.
