The manager came to the window yelling. I had to park, get my baby out of the car and walk in toask for a third time after I had paid to re-make it please. I come often here and this lady, Liza or whatever is never smiling,apparently always upset she is not customer focused definitely shouldn?t be working with customers. Maybe on the backend she?sa workhorse but not when it comes to solving customer matters again I come often so have seen her interactions with the staffand other customers. She was very rude this morning and it wasn?t called for; Jesus it?s not even 8:30 am it?s way too early tobe so nasty esp when you?re getting paid!! Not everyone is cutout to work with customers and that?s ok. She said Jeff is theowner so Jeff I hope you?re reading this. It cost nothing to be nice to people! especially when I?m spending my money weekly atyour establishment weekly. I hope maybe some training is done because there?s many others more qualified who would love to be acustomer service manager I?m sure you can find. The girl at drive thru was also rude. There was once a morning crew who allseemed pleasant but not anymore. If I don?t hear anything back from the complaint I placed then I?ll assume you could care lesson how your managers treat your frequent paying customers and will take my hard earned money elsewhere and will instruct othersfrom the chamber and beyond to do the same. Wow
At 6:07 PM today, I received a notification about unusual activity on my account. Upon checking, I discovered a charge indicating that someone had attempted to transfer money from my account to theirs. Thankfully, the transaction was stopped before it could go through. It's important to note that my card has been with me at all times, and I last visited this restaurant around 6:00 AM. I'm uncertain who was responsible for this, but that attempted charge would have led to an overdraft on my account. Therefore, I regret to say that I will not be returning to this location.
I waited for 30 minutes and asked three different staff members the same question before finally getting an answer. The manager appeared uncertain about how to handle the situation. I will give an extra star for the young lady with glasses who was efficiently processing orders—kudos to her! However, everything else was disappointing; people were waiting 30 minutes for just a burger and fries while the drive-thru was moving quickly. I was specifically looking for Halloween Pails, but they didn’t even know about them or have them unpacked. I hope they become more efficient because this might be my first and last visit.
Terrible experience! The manager had the nerve to make herself two burgers and a glass of tea while customers were waiting for their food, both inside and in the drive-thru! The interior of the restaurant looked like a disaster area—there were spilled drinks on the floor, trash on the tables, and a backlog of orders. She received her food before anyone else did!
Whoever works the night shift, y?all need to fix your attitudes. Not only was most of my food MISSING, but y?all really wanna snap at people just for asking for the food they PAID for. I really wish I could give y?all less than zero. Don?t come herey?all. And night shift? Have the day you deserve ????
